When will I receive my order?

Orders are shipped via USPS within 1-3 business days from our warehouse in Nevada. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a link to track your shipment in realtime. Then, it generally takes 3-5 business days for USPS to deliver the product.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Any changes to your order (including cancellations) must be requested within 24 hours of your order confirmation. Our team strives to ship out orders as soon as possible to ensure prompt arrival. Please email us at for any changes or cancellations.

What is your return policy?

Items are eligible for a refund or exchange on regular priced items within 30 days of purchase. We ask that items be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging, including tags. A fee of $5.00 is charged for returns if you chose to receive store credit this fee is waived. Items marked as final sale cannot be returned please contact customer service at if you have any issues with a final sale item. Email to initiate your return and to receive your return label. Damage/Defective: If your item arrived damaged or became defective due to a manufacturers defect within 6 months, we will gladly help you replace the item. Should the item be a clearance item you will only be issued the amount paid for the item. Gifts If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

How do I return a product?

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. ----

What do I do if my order is incorrect or damaged?

How long does it take too process a return?

Returns will be processed in 7-10 days after our warehouse team receives it.

How do I care for each product?

Each product at Willow+Co is carefully made with the finest products. Our products are long-lasting and have great durability, but to maximize their utility, please follow the care instructions on the label of each product.

How does your sizing run?

Our sizing runs on the "bigger" side. Our material is incredibly stretchy, so it can expand multiple inches larger than its original size and still retain its form! We absolutely love the material we use for that reason. This gives longer cycle times to use the product as your baby grows.

Where are your products made?

While we started as a company made in the USA, our manufacturer closed due to the effects of COVID. As we search to find a new factory in the US, our products are currently being made in China at one of the most respectable manufacturers in the country.

What exactly is your fabric made out of?

Everything is 95% Bamboo, 5% Spandex

What are the benefits of bamboo?

Bamboo is a lightweight, breathable material that has many distinct qualities that makes it better than cotton. For starters, bamboo is antibacterial, anti-fungal, and hypoallergenic. It's great for sensitive skin and allergy-sensitive babies. Bamboo offers a buttery soft feel, making it very smooth and easy-going on the skin.
Because it's antibacterial and anti-fungal, bamboo clothing lasts longer as it is highly odor-resistant and retains its shape.
Finally, bamboo offers incredible temperature regulation. The micro-gaps in bamboo allow moisture to quickly evaporate and dry quickly. Moreover, the micro-gaps allow bamboo to cut out 97.5% of harmful UV rays. It also insulates when it's colder outside, so you stay cooler during the summer and warmer during the winter.

Why is bamboo better than cotton?

Bamboo has many great benefits, like those outlined above. Bamboo, as a fabric, is far more resilient and flexible than cotton. Bamboo feels softer and more luxe, and it provides more stretch. Your little one won't ever feel tight or constrained in bamboo clothing as it feels like a second skin.
Because of the natural properties of bamboo, bamboo clothing will last 3X longer than cotton clothing.

What makes bamboo sustainable?

Bamboo is the fastest growing plant in the world, so the depletion of the source is significantly less than cotton. Bamboo requires very little water and grows 3 to 4 feet per day without the use of fertilizers. Since all our products are made chemical-free in the USA, we're proud to say our clothes are ethically made with the top standards in textile.

Do the footies have grip at the bottom?

We redesigned our footies to have the option to be covered or footless. This way your little ones can run around slip-free!
